Through structured and creative conversation techniques, narrative coaching does not focus on the problems, but rather on the skills deployed by individuals and groups to deal with them. Resistance to change" is addressed as a resource that speaks to values and the search for meaning. It analyzes and deconstructs political and social discourses as keys to understanding the world and opening new possibilities for action.
