Marielle Demilie

Experienced consultant and coach with 20 years of international and multicultural experience in the industry. She is a change coach, putting teams into action through co-development and inclusion.

She has worked for over 20 years in business development and sales of complex industrial projects worldwide, including for Lhoist Group, IBA, Tractebel and BESIX leading very diverse teams to succeed together.

This rich experience allows him to easily identify the potential of individuals, teams and organizations.

She is convinced by the richness of participative methods and collective intelligence to achieve solid and anchored results.
She also coaches people who would like to evolve in their career, who take a new function or who manage complex situations or have to make decisions.

Finally, she sits on boards of directors (Securex Group, Smart cooperative) and accompanies companies in their growth and changes.

His main assets are his ability to listen and to create bonds of trust allowing people and teams to take action, his strategic vision and his creativity.

Marielle is a Commercial Engineer (ULB 1991), is a certified coach (Coach & Team, 2016) and recently obtained a certificate in Gender Diversity (INSEAD, 2019).

She is quadrilingual in French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

BESIX : Change Management (2017 - 2018)

BESIX is the number 1 in the Belgian construction industry and realizes half of its turnover in Benelux and France, and the other half in the Middle East. The challenge was to structure the commercial approach for the rest of the world, to create a very diverse team in terms of profiles and origins, to work together and to create a real team spirit and to appropriate the business development posture in a professional way.

After 6 months; a strategy, co-developed with the team was validated by the CEO and successfully implemented.

Tractebel: Development of a customer-centric strategy (2014-2015)

Positioning Tractebel's Power & Gas division with energy producers, private developers, the World Bank and Ministries of Energy in the southern half of the African continent. Establishing local strategic partnerships and identifying new projects. Coaching sales teams and adopting customer-centric approaches.
