1- Data processed during the consultation of the site

Purpose of processing: Manymore Coaching processes this data for the administration of your registration. Manymore Coaching will also send you its newsletter to present you with additional offers. Each mailing contains an unsubscribe link. IP addresses are recorded in order to prevent, detect and analyze illegal activities, fraud or security breaches.

Some data concerning the participants of the seminars and trainings may be shared with the other participants of the same seminar or training. This includes name, first name, email, mobile phone number and city of residence. You have the option to object to this sharing by notifying us before the start of the program.

4- Data processed when sending messages by Manymore Coaching (newsletter, ...)

  • Purpose of the processing: In order to optimize the messages sent and to meet the expectations of the readers, we can record the clicking behavior on the links present in the newsletter.

Who has access to the personal data collected by Manymore Coaching?

The personal data collected by Manymore Coaching are processed by the editor of the site who is also the person responsible for the processing of personal data.

For technical reasons, these data are also accessible to the company that hosts the site and the database (OVH).

Manymore Coaching has a period of one month to decide and answer your request. This period begins when Manymore Coaching has received your request and is in possession of all the information necessary to rule on your request.

Manymore Coaching will provide you with the requested information free of charge. Be aware that in case of repetitive, unfounded or disproportionate requests, Manymore Coaching may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request for transmission. In this case, an estimate will be sent to you for approval.
