Anthropologist, narrative coach, certified Human Element® and Implicit Career Search® practitioner, trained in Radical Collaboration ® and Design Thinking, his coaching approach combines complementary methods focused on the human being.
With extensive experience in international and conflict mediation contexts as a consultant-researcher and practitioner in collaboration with international organizations, he has developed a knowledge and sensitivity to cultural, intergenerational and gender relations and differences, and more broadly to issues of dispute resolution and reconciliation.
More recently, he has integrated into his approach Design Thinking tools as a process of creation and innovation, based on transversal collaborations essential to establish participative and trustful relationships between individuals within teams, but also between project units, departments and organizations.
